The Greater New Britain Arts Alliance, City of New Britain, and the Plainville Wind Ensemble will proudly host the Charter Oak Festival Symphonic Band in May, 2009.
Conducted by Retired Colonel Timothy Foley of The President's Own Marine Corp Band, this festival is open to any band musician in the northeast states who would like to participate in a three day festival made up of a Symphonic Band.
Seating is limited and is on a first come first served basis.
